About me
Greetings, Lenny Lind here. For this Alumni Conference, I'm in the role of "tech lead" on the conference design team. So I welcome questions about any tech issues you might be having. I'm also a coffee and cacao farmer in El Salvador (long story!). But what brings me here as one of only a couple "outsiders" in your MSOD gathering is a profound regard for OD values and practices and the power (and necessity) these days in facilitating groups to do their best thinking. I've spent 30 years focusing on large-group meeting facilitation supported by various technologies to enable groups to move faster and deeper into and through difficult issues. Along the way, I co-authored two books, both published by Jossey-Bass, "Facilitator's Guide to Participatory Decision-Making" with Sam Kaner, et al, and "Virtuous Meetings: Technology+Design for High Engagement in Large Groups" with Karl Danskin.
